As consumers focus increasingly on personal and planet health, we were delighted to develop a plant-based menu option in conjunction with Chopped, the market leading healthy food company.

Sampling

From initial idea generation at the dedicated Santa Maria kitchen facility in Slane through to the commercial application of that idea throughout the Chopped estate, we successfully executed the project in conjunction with our business partners.

Using the signature Pulled Oats mince range from Gold & Green, we developed an incredibly tasty addition to the Chopped healthy burrito range in the Pulled Oat Punch option.
